Known for its beautiful architecture and these decorative iron clad balconies the French Quarter was the perfect place for an afternoon stroll. I took this photo and loved the idea of a collage for the 1 1/2" cuff with the iron fluer de lis fence flanking both sides of the artwork. The complimentary colors of orange and blue was the ideal color scheme for this piece.
